indianapolis, at my eye height (photo taken by me, age 6)
it all started when…
i took my first “art photo” at the age of 6. i was in Indianapolis visiting with my parents. i took my mom’s phone and snapped a photo of something that was almost at my eye height - a turquoise blue fire hydrant. which happened to be my mom’s favorite color. and the picture’s been hanging in our house ever since.
as i’ve grown older, i’ve explored various mediums, from illustration and digital art, to ceramics and sculpture. while I love 3D art, i’ve worked at sharpening my skills in 2D art to better myself as a designer.
i’ve translated my love for art into studying Graphic Design at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and plan on a career as a designer. this portfolio is my attempt at bridging the gap between what i’ve done and what i hope to do.
so I hope you enjoy my portfolio as much as I’ve enjoyed creating the art that’s in it.
